Dear Giddy

I am not sure if Deboffe’s have not changed his residence – though he still have his shop somewhere in Soho – Will you therefore look into the directory & if you pass by give him or send him by 2^d post the inclosed

If you have time to write me down the names of 25 or 30 MP of either house who w^d read a pamphlet on y^e state of medicine & whose opinion is worth any thing I sh^d be much obliged –
