Thomas Beddoes to Davies Giddy, 29 June 1807
Dear Giddy
I shd imagine that yr feverish lassitude wd easily be removed by some aperient as under taken once or at the interval of a few days a 2nd time – You can scarce require bleeding though it might rise to that – no wine & a generally cool regime for a few days –
yrs truly
Thomas Beddoes
I am sorry my friends did not cut a better figure in the division
