Dear Giddy

My pen seems to promise that my hand will be as enigmatical as your own – though the matter will not be so well worth deciphering – I think we have clearly ascertained by inspection & dissection that the alarm about mad dogs has not been groundless – & we shall hear more of it –

Shall we see you posting down to yr electors? – Be so good as frank the enclosed to
