Dear Giddy

I trouble you to direct the blank letter to

& to let ye other be put into the ye 2d post –

Little Anna is extremely unwell, or more truly extremely ill – with very obscure symptoms, but total loss of appetite & rapid reduction of flesh & strength – Her mother better of late than formerly – Pray, if you recollect, tell yr sister that I considered the necessity of an answer from me superseded – I hope she is well – I am
