Little Anna is extremely unwell, or more truly extremely ill – with very obscure symptoms, but total loss of appetite & rapid reduction of flesh & strength – Her mother better of late than formerly – Pray, if you recollect, tell y^r sister that I considered the necessity of an answer from me superseded – I hope she is well – I am
