Dear Giddy

I do not know yr sister’s symptoms well enough to prescribe for her – Whether or no, she ought to do something is determined in my mind by this considnMedicine is much more certain than nature to prevent mischief

As to myrrh & steel they may or may not suit – steel misapplied in medicine does as much harm as in any other form
