Thomas Beddoes to Davies Giddy, 4 September 1804

Dear Giddy

Mrs B. has been at Uphill near <on> the sea 12 days The complaint of the stomach went off – But I have no doubt of yr receiving a letter from her before you receive this –

Latter end of next week I shall I believe take her out a long journey of a week – This she does not know herself – She will be at home tomorrow sennight.

In hopes you are got stout & with remembrance to yr father & sister I remain
