Dear Giddy

I am very glad you are in parliament as I think it is the only chance for saving the country – It is a step to being prime minister which wd be our certain salvation – I am also glad as it gives me a chance of forwarding Dr Home a little book in order that he may search out an assistant for our flourishing & well-disciplined preventive Instn

I am also glad inasmuch as it prevents the excursion in the Wye a rash scheme for weak chilly people on this side midsummer – I wd thank you to forward the inclosed to
