Thomas Beddoes to R.J. Lambton, 24 December 1800

Dear Sir

I have the pleasure to inclose M. Moisson’s account of John & William – They make so much progress that I should not be surprised if they were to begin writing verse next year in which M. M. is a great proficient –

They have seen a good deal of other boys – This week they were at the public examination of a school; & I am sure would have borne to be examined full as well as the best among them

I beg you to be so good as forward M. M’s letter to Mr Wilkinson

I am
Dear Sir
yours truly

Thomas Beddoes
