Thomas Beddoes to Thomas Wilkinson, 1 January 1800

1 Jan 1800

Dear Sir

I send you at last the receipt – Lady Anne having written to me for the acct & have left a blank opposite that item to which Dr Darwin’s letter relates – that you may fill it. – Every thing relative to the boys is quite satisfactory. I believe no person has seen any things of them without being struck with their intelligence, good behaviour & spirit, where spirit is called for –

I am Dear Sir
Yours sincerely

Thomas Beddoes

Endorsed: Dr B / 2 Jan. 1800. / Receipt for £300. –
