Thomas Beddoes to James Watt, 4 July 1796

Dear Sir

I shd be glad of the case of haemorrhage on all accts & will thank you to request Dr Carmichael to forward it, as also whatever else he may think fit – I shd like also to receive any communication from Mr Barr.

I have a chance of being from home this week. I have been asked if I wd go near Winchester to see Ld John Russel. In case she lives till my answer is received & a reply is made, I must I think be called away on Thursday – But if you can come to Bristol only this week, I wish you wd call on Mr Wm Clayfield to whom I have spoken. He wd make the expt in his apparatus with metal & sulphur –
