To Mr Watt

Dr Sir

I received yours. I think Mrs Kerr in a desperate. We can however try hdc safely . . I have never had a disagreeable much less a dangerous occurrence with this air – I have had some very successful cases, particularly asthma of [MS torn] standing –

By the bearer I send a compleat copy & sheets to compleat your first copy – at present I can only write 3 lines
