Dear Mother

I send you a little Dutch Cheese, Good Cheshire is hard to be got, and extravagantly dear.

You will find a letter for Sister Isaac. I hope this will find all well. We are all tolerably, only I have my old pain in my loins very bad at times. Dr Grant, of Towcester promises to send me a Turkey and Chine at Christmas.
