The account from which you naturally implied some error, was an imperfect one, having been sent in prior to our taking stock for the alteration of the partnership; and we thought we had subsequently sent in a perfect one.
We have now however completed the one which was returned and the balance turns out to be as stated in our last account. The difference consists principally in an account of pretty long standing for books supplied from time to time and which account we now inclose.
