287. Robert Bloomfield to Mr. Wass, 29 April 1814* 

BLOOMFIELD, ROBERT. Autograph Letter Signed, to Mr. Wass of Grosvenor & Chaters, Stationers in Cornhill, asking for 'a mere hint of what is going on' in regard to 'Sharp's dividends', a precarious business in which Bloomfield has some interest; Bloomfield mentions that he is about to leave London, and has not troubled his correspondent before because 'I found the Domestic calamities on your part render'd it unseasonable for me to ask information'.

1 page 7.5 x 6 inches, with integral address leaf. In good condition. Moorfields, 29 April 1814.
