Letter 280 - The Letters of Robert Bloomfield

280. Robert Bloomfield to John Young, 28 October 1812*

London . Oct 28. 1812

Dear Sir

When I was last in Town you expressed a wish that I would take out of your way the plates and prints belonging to me, and I wish I knew how to set about it. I wish you would do it for me by any means, and exactly as if they were your own, and whatever be their fate I shall feel greatly oblidged to you, and will send to the purchaser such perfect prints as I now posses at his own price. I saw Mr Park & family last night in the storm but am sorry to say that my storm of Bookselling adversity comes on with a vengence which I find it difficult to stem.

With Great Respect, Sir

I remain yours sincerely,

Robt. Bloomfield
